Shipping policy

We operate out of the Carolina Ascent front office (9 AM - 5 PM) Monday - Friday. We will do our best to process your order in 1-2 business days. Once processed a label is created and you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking information will become live after the facility has scanned the package (times may vary between carriers). Please allow 1-2 business days from label creation to facility drop off.

Email merchandise@queencitysc.com with any questions or concerns. That mailbox is periodically monitored (9 AM - 5 PM) Monday - Friday. We will do our best to respond to all messages received by the end of the business day. All messages received outside of business hours will be responded to the following business day.  

Actual transit time will vary based on method of shipping chosen at checkout.

Customization of jerseys may take 2-3 weeks.
